Operations are conducted by an Advanced Certified Drone Pilot holding a Commercial Pilot License and Group 1 Instrument Rating, bringing aviation grade standards, risk management, and situational awareness to every flight.

Using the DJI Matrice 4TD, inspections combine high resolution visual imagery with advanced thermal data to identify damage, moisture intrusion, heat loss, and construction deficiencies without ladders, scaffolding, or disruption to site operations.
